Urban automated public transport facility H-Bahn
We would like to introduce up-to-date H-Bahn transport technologies for creation of automated, surface urban and suburban transport system. H-Bahn technology has been implemented in Dortmund and Dusseldorf (Germany) and could be used for creation of branching urban and suburban transport systems. The completely automated transport system H-Bahn replaces train completely, reducing the city streets transport load and successfully competes with the underground in the new transport projects due to the low cost price.
H-Bahn technologies allow to create up-to-date transport systems corresponding to the strongest European requirements for the public transport facilities in regards to the level of transport and environment safety, at that providing passengers with high level of comfort.
H-Bahn technology is mostly effective in the areas with:
- traffic jams problems;
- low bridge traffic capacity;
- suburbs building up;
- widening airports and big shopping and entertainment centers;
- serviced park and exhibition complexes.
H-Bahn benefits
Ecological compatibility. H-Bahn system could be compared with trolleybus from the point of view of impact on the environment, as the both kinds of transport do not pollute atmosphere and have low noise level. H-Bahn system construction will allow preserving nature inside the city.
Traffic reliability and safety. Design characteristics of the H-Bahn exclude the possibility of the train derailing.
Relatively high speed due to the absence of traffic lights and traffic jams which usually cause a lot of problems with the surface transport.
Relatively low costs for construction and operation. Construction of the underground is 4 times more expensive if compared with the over ground transport system construction. Level of comfort in H-Bahn wagons is higher than comfort level of the underground.
Relative value of different kinds of the surface and underground transport in millon $ per 1 km of the route

Possibility of routes construction on the shortest way. There is no need to constructs any bridges and embankments, to demolish existing buildings and to deforest areas. The routs could be successfully constructed in the densely populated regions and in the regions, which are difficult of access.

H-Bahn in Russia
Moscow
- Project MBC "Moscow-City". Transport system for the whole business center.
In 2008 Transport council of Moscomarchitecture approved transport scheme of MBC ”Moscow–City’’, developed by NIPI of Moscow city General plan. The transport scheme stipulates creation of the over ground transport system H-Bahn for transportation of office workers and visitors to the complex of high rise buildings of the business center, with the transport system integration into the overall city transport infrastructure.
- Transport connection between terminals of Sheremetjevo airport.
- Extension of the existing underground lines on the surface.
- Transport service for the being constructed micro districts, connection of shopping malls with underground lines.
Saint Petersburg
- Transport connection between terminals of Pulkovo airport.
- Passengers transfer on the route Saint Petersburg – Pulkovo airport.
- Transport service of the developing suburbs.
Cities of Russia
H-Bahn system will serve to the development of urban and suburban systems of such growing cities as Samara, Nizhny Novgorod, Voronezh, Yekaterinburg, Rostov-on-Don and Kazan.
